There were a few instances where the hot water ran out, causing inconvenience for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Element. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us with any issues or questions we had. Special thanks to Joseph and Mohamed from the front desk for their really good service. The hotel was kept impeccably clean, and we really appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping staff, especially the person who took care of our room. The location of the hotel was convenient for us, with access to the city center. our experience was fantastic and we can't wait to return. We highly recommend Element for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dubai.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a panoramic view. The hotel facilities were great, and the complimentary breakfast was good, especially with the variety of greens and vegetables. The staff, especially Mr Ibrahim at the front desk, was friendly and accommodating. My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The staff, particularly Mr. Ibrahim, was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and I loved the attention to detail in the towel origami left by the housekeeping team. The location is great, with a metro station nearby and the waterfront area just a short walk away.
